We aim to dispatch all orders as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.

Please note:

  • orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
  • during launches, promotions, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 working days

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier demand and delivery location.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking details by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, MG GLOW is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier issues
  • incorrect shipping details entered at checkout
  • weather disruptions
  • customs or external delivery delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

MG GLOW is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mg-glow.com and we will do our best to help before dispatch.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@mg-glow.com.

We will do our best to assist you in locating the parcel and resolving the issue with the courier where possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item(s)
  • photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, MG GLOW currently ships to [UK only / selected countries / worldwide].

Any customs duties, import charges, or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
